I understand that upon arrival I need register my load including type of hay/straw, number of bales, and cutting (for hay).*

I understand the commission schedule: under $299.99 ASE collects 8%, over $300.00 ASE collects 7%.*

I accept full responsibility as to the accurate representation of the load.*

I understand that I have the right to refuse the final bid; in doing so there is a $20 no sale fee regardless of if there were bids on the load.*

I agree to deliver up to 15 miles from Plain City free of charge. Distance over 15 miles is the responsibility of the buyer to compensate the seller for fuel, etc.*

I understand that transfers of hay/straw may only be done on ASE property.*
